Debbie – Office Manager
Meet Debbie, our dedicated Office Manager, who works hand in hand with Drs. Langenbach and Thomas. She is instrumental in managing the doctors’ schedules and ensuring exceptional patient care, guiding each patient from their initial consultation through every step of their journey. With decades of experience in dentistry—beginning as a Registered Dental Assistant and advancing to her current role—Debbie’s expertise is unmatched. Her enthusiasm for her work creates a warm, motivating environment that benefits both staff and patients alike, making her an invaluable asset to our practice. We are genuinely excited to have her as part of our team! Debbie takes immense pride in watching patients return for follow-up visits, their faces lighting up with satisfaction over their beautiful, healthy smiles.
Beyond her professional commitments, she treasures moments with her husband, a high school sweetheart, and their two sons. Whether traveling to new places, cooking delicious meals, or hosting family and friends, Debbie effortlessly balances her work and personal life, bringing joy to everyone around her.
Rachel – Registered Dental Hygienist
Rachel is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with ten years of experience in the dental field, including six years as a Registered Dental Assistant with a background in orthodontics and the past four years practicing dental hygiene.
Her well-rounded experience allows her to provide comprehensive, detail-oriented care while making patients feel comfortable and at ease.
She is passionate about the connection between oral health and overall wellness, and takes pride in educating and empowering her patients to better understand their health. Rachel strives to create a supportive, personalized experience for every patient, building lasting relationships based on trust, compassion, and open communication.
Outside of the office, Rachel is a proud mom to her seven-year-old daughter. She enjoys staying active through fitness, spending time at the beach, hiking, and being on the water. She values a balanced, health-focused lifestyle and loves making the most of the outdoors whenever she can.
Bianca – Registered Dental Hygienist
Bianca Munoz is a registered dental hygienist with over six years of experience in the dental field and a strong commitment to patient care and preventive oral health. She is passionate about building trusting relationships with her patients and takes pride in delivering gentle, thorough cleanings tailored to each individual’s needs.
Bianca believes in a patient-centered approach, taking the time to listen to concerns, ease anxieties, and provide personalized education to help patients feel confident in their oral health. She strives to create a comfortable and positive environment where patients feel supported, informed, and at ease throughout their visit, while consistently delivering high-quality clinical care.
Outside of the office, Bianca is a full-time mom who enjoys staying active and spending quality time with her family.
Jessica – Registered Dental Assistant
Jessica is a dedicated dental professional passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well-informed about their smiles. Before entering the dental field, she initially pursued a major in criminal justice but later realized her true passion was in dentistry, where she felt she could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Jessica is a proud twin mom who enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking and being in nature. She also loves caring for her plants and finds joy in watching them grow. She values personal and professional growth and plans to continue expanding her knowledge and skills within the dental field. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys making memories with her family.
Trent – Registered Dental Assistant
Trent is a Registered Dental Assistant born and raised in Southern California. He enjoys his days off with his wife, Kira, his son, Arthur, and their tuxedo cat, Benny. He is currently studying Biology at Cal State University San Marcos with aspirations of one day attending Dental School and becoming a Dentist. In his time away from work and study, he enjoys hiking, camping, riding dirt bikes with his family, and spending as much time as possible outdoors. Being very passionate about Dentistry, he is always eager to learn more about the profession and further his skills in the craft.
Michele – Registered Dental Assistant
Michele’s journey began in the heart of the Midwest, where she was born and raised in Iowa. In 2019, she made a bold move to San Diego with her family, bringing her extensive dental expertise along. Her career kicked off in 2011 as a registered and certified dental assistant, and she later earned the prestigious title of Iowa Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Michele is not just passionate about dentistry; she is a passionate advocate for high-quality healthcare, tirelessly working to elevate the standards and regulations within the dental assistant profession.
Michele’s greatest fulfillment comes from making a meaningful impact in her patients’ lives through exceptional dental care. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a dedicated wife and mother of two, keeping her family busy with their children’s activities in baseball, softball, and golf. When not cheering from the sidelines, Michele enjoys quality time at the dog park with their two dogs, camping under the stars, or unwinding at the beach. Her commitment to her family and career showcases a life dedicated to improving lives, both at home and in the community.
Mariam – Registered Dental Assistant
Mariam has over 20 years of experience in the dental field, beginning her dental assisting career in Germany before continuing in the Bay Area and now in San Diego. She loves working with patients and takes pride in helping them feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. Building relationships and creating a positive experience for every patient are among her favorite parts of the job. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being out in nature.
Marjan – Dental Assistant
Marjan made the exciting move from Toronto, Canada, to San Diego at the end of 2011, embracing a new chapter in her life as she started her family. She has years of experience in healthcare and fitness, and she brings invaluable knowledge and passion to everything she does. As a devoted and busy mother of two boys, ages 10 and 13, she understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle and positive role modeling. Marjan enjoys reading, traveling, working out, dancing, and creating lasting memories with her children. Her dedication to teaching, healthcare, and fitness drives her to inspire others to lead fulfilling, positive, and healthy lives.
Damon – Dental Assistant
Damon is a San Diego–based dental assistant known for his precision, consistency, and calm, laid-back approach. He takes pride in crafting quality work while maintaining a steady, focused mindset. Outside the lab, Damon enjoys the easygoing lifestyle that comes with living in Southern California.
Kelly – Patient Relations Manager
Kelly brings over two decades of experience in business operations, analytics, and research, complemented by a strong foundation in professional communications and a long-standing career in professional relationship building and management. Her experience has offered the opportunity to create meaningful, genuine connections and deliver a highly personalized experience throughout her professional career. As Director of First Impressions, Kelly is dedicated to curating an exceptional patient journey from the moment each individual walks through the door. She focuses on building lasting relationships while ensuring every visit is seamless, attentive, and reflective of the practice’s commitment to excellence. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail help create a welcoming, elevated environment where patients feel valued and at ease. Outside the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and hiking. She also serves as an adult volunteer with the Young Marines, a nationwide youth program focused on leadership, community service, honoring veterans, character development, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Kelly is honored to support both youth and veterans through her service as a volunteer.
