Our Fee-for-Service Philosophy

Operating as a fee-for-service office means that we are not bound by contracts with dental insurance providers to determine our fees or treatment recommendations. Instead, we invest in the highest quality materials, cutting-edge technology, and the time required to ensure each procedure is completed with precision and care. This model allows us to focus entirely on your unique dental needs—particularly for complex procedures such as bite rehabilitation, smile design, and restorative treatments.

Our philosophy is simple: your dental care should be based on clinical excellence and your personal goals, not dictated by third-party restrictions. By removing insurance influence, Dr. Thomas and our team can design treatment plans that prioritize long-term function, comfort, and aesthetics—always choosing what’s best for you.

Working With Dental Insurance

Even though we are not in-network with insurance companies, we want to make the process as easy and transparent as possible for patients who carry dental benefits. Payment is due at the time of service, but our knowledgeable front office team is happy to assist you with the reimbursement process. After your visit, we’ll file your insurance claim on your behalf as a courtesy. If your plan provides out-of-network coverage, your insurance provider will send the reimbursement directly to you.

We also encourage our patients to review their individual plan details before treatment to understand their specific coverage, limitations, and reimbursement timelines. Our staff is always available to answer questions and help you navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

Flexible Payment Options

We offer Customized payment arrangements and can discuss third-party financing options upon request. Our goal is to help you receive the care you need today without unnecessary financial stress. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports both your oral health and peace of mind.

Reserved Appointment Policy

When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for 2 business days advanced notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can accommodate other patients waiting for care. Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee, as this time is reserved for you and your treatment.
